Peterson Appraisals is a tax-assessment firm located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, comprising two assessors certified at the Assessor III level, one Assessment Technician and one Bookkeeper.  Our staff attends annual assessor schools, the municipal assessor’s institute, and continuing-education classes offered by the International Association of Assessing Officers.  Our assessors are also active members of the Wisconsin Association of Assessing Officers.

Since its incorporation in 1980 Peterson Appraisals has provided comprehensive assessment services to Wisconsin municipalities ranging in size from $2,000,000 to over $500,000,000 in market value.  From our firm in Rhinelander we have completed assessment work, including revaluations, for municipalities in Florence, Forest, Kewaunee, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Price, Taylor, Vilas and Walworth Counties.  We have completed revaluations for each of our client municipalities as well as State-supervised revaluations and reassessments.
